The project will have an area of around 27,000 m2 and the capacity to receive around 30,000 spectators. There are also plans to reformulate and expand the logistical support areas, athlete area, warm-up area, areas dedicated to the media and the public, as well as access and a parking lot with 150 spaces.
It also includes the construction of an office building to house the headquarters of the ONS - Office National des Sports.
The project was entirely developed in BIM in an integrated and coordinated way. Information management was ensured by means of a cloud-based Common Data Environment, allowing synergies between all those involved.
