The new Care Facilities of Associação Mutualista Montepio are located in Entrecampos, between the Rego underpass and the railway line. The building will host 176 beds in a construction area of 13,000 m2. The exceptional location bound coordination with several managing authorities and the Lisbon City Council.
The building has a shared four-storey foundation, two of which are underground, and two four-storey towers. The two volumes are interconnected by a metal walkway on the highest floor, stretching 14 metres across.
