The Seixal Baia development consists of a set of Multi-family Residential Buildings under construction, comprising six lots in Quinta do Outeiro, Seixal. Observing the constraints and indexes established by the Allotment Permit in which it is integrated, the project that was developed effectively and contemporarily solves the premises of the functional programme that had been outlined.
The project was developed in BIM, which substantially reduced its production time. The client, through digital models, can interpret and simulate the final product, such as typologies, finishings, and architectural solutions.
Above ground, the building has 6 floors for residential use. Below ground, the semi-underground level has parking, technical, and storage areas. On the roof there are landscaped areas used as private terraces.
